We stayed at Bo's condo in early May 2011 for one week. The location is what I was looking for ... remote but not isolated with snorkeling available nearby. You will need to rent a vehicle. By prior arrangement we arrived late with no issues and the a/c was on. The condo is super! There is a large living, dining, kitchen area downstairs leading out to the screened back entry. This area was great for spreading all our snorkel/dive gear to dry after rinsing at the back door. Upstairs there is a spacious master bed and bath to the ocean side with a screened veranda and hammock; sweet! To the road side is a second bed and bath with 2 twins that can be pushed together if needed. The pool is clean with plenty of room for all the guests. The beach itself is not where you would want your little ones to play as there is much debris washed up from the ocean. The dock or the barbeque area is a nice place to take your morning coffee. In May it was still a little rough in the north side ocean and it was the 3rd or 4th day until we got out to snorkel. We could see that snorkeling would be great on calmer days. We did have an excellent time swimming, snorkeling and eating at Rum Point. We took several adventures with Ocean Encounters on the East End (snorkeling and diving). The diving was great; I need to go back again! We liked Smith's Cove down on the southwest corner so much that we went twice. Northern Lights is a fantastic deal; it feels like home and the owner is a good neighbor. Thanks, Bo.
