Open Thursday thru Sunday, Kaibo Upstairs, is a real treat. More formal than most this is island fine dining at its best. Our server, who seemed to be the manager as well, expertly guided us thru the menu. I splurged and had the rum flight along with my meal. Learning about rum and rum making from a knowledgable person whose passion is rum was a great experience.
This was by far our best dining experience of our vacation and we cannot offer higher praise. And if you are staying in the Seven Mile Beach area you can call the restaurant to arrange a water taxi ride over to Kaibo.
