Hotel is not for the disabled guest - no accessible rooms and no disabled access within the hotel, my father is wheelchair bound and he could not access the ensuite bathroom. The staff took the bathroom door off its hinges and his wheelchair still would not pass. Had to take my father to bathroom on ground floor - not ideal when his bedroom was on 2nd floor. Steps within the building meant staff had to open fire exit doors and he had to venture outside through the internal courtyards to get his breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Hotel Management discriminate against disabled guests - major refurbishment and re organisation of the internal layout of this hotel is required to make it accessible.
