“Fabulous tremfan”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2014

Have just returned home to Mynytho after having a fantastic meal this evening at tremfan hall. The food was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented, piping hot and exceptionally flavoursome. The staff were very attentive and welcoming making our evening a very enjoyable one. Full credit and praise to the chef/s for the wonderful food. Tremfan hall is definitely a must to visit if you are in the area, you will not be dissapointed.

I have stayed at Tremfan many times over the years and absolutely love it. Its a hidden gem. The staff are pleasant and helpful, its clean and definately value for money. The breakast is a good english breakfast with good quality local products. The restuarant is excellent and makes this the perfect location for a break. Having travelled all over and eaten in many top restuarants i can honestly say Tremfan Hall is up at the top with good food and menus with a good varied choice. Definately highly recommended

Visited last summer whilst staying in Llanbedrog with friends. We booked for Sunday lunch and weren't disappointed. The view from Tremfan hall is stunning and the grounds are very well kept. It was a nice day and we were asked if we would like to read the menus outside on the terrace with a drink which we did. When we moved back inside the food was fantastic. Beautifully cooked and presented very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, looking forward to visiting again soon!

Just had one of the best Sundays lunches ever! Food all delicious and freshly cooked served by lovely, friendly staff in a great setting! What more could you ask for?! Despite being full we were attended to quickly and hardly any wait for the delicious food. Lovely glass of house Shiraz served with our lunch - the beef was superb! Would highly recommend and will be returning very soon.

I was treated to a weekend at Tremfan Hall by the husband for my birthday, and a better place you really wouldn't find. The welcome was warm, and the room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We booked a table at the restaurant for my birthday meal. Wow! We had been told over breakfast that morning that the restaurant was superb, and we weren't disappointed. The crème brûlée was the best I've ever had! Thank you all at Tremfan Hall for making my birthday a special one back in October. We shall be returning, hopefully before my next birthday, having found this little gem of a place.

We decided to have a night away and looked for a hotel in nearby Abersoch. Luckily for us they were all either closed or full - so we booked into the Tremfan Hall Hotel and also had dinner in the restaurant next door. There are just five or six rooms all individually furnished with en-suite bathrooms. Our room was lovely and overlooked the back garden. The two rooms at the front were bigger and had stunning sea views. A roaring open fire greeted us on arrival and a cup pf tea there later in the afternoon was perfect on an Autumn day. Dinner was exceptional and could not be faulted. The service was perfect and although obviously fully booked we did not feel rushed. Splash out on a glass of dessert wine - it finished the meal perfectly. In the morning breakfast was served in the hotel half of the building. A large table greeted us and we were slightly worried about having to share with the other guests but it was fine, great food and conversation. We really didn't want to leave and we shall certainly return. We were disappointed by Abersoch itself but Tremfan Hall was FAB-U-LOUS!!

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have great sea views.
