We recently spent a long weekend at Cwm Tawel and loved every minute. There are gorgeous views from the site, the yurts are cosy and comfortable, the washing facilities are excellent and Sasha and Phil are friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home as soon as you arrive. We spent a day wild food foraging, turning our produce into a delicious meal cooked over the campfire afterwards, which was a wonderful experience. We arrived from London with very few camping skills between us but Sasha and Phil taught us how to build up the campfire, showed us the best places to gather wood and then left us to it so we could play at being seasoned campers! They strike just the right balance between being on hand to give advice and letting you experience the wonderful site for yourselves. We visited the Gower peninsula whilst we were there which has some stunning coastlines and beaches. The countryside surrounding the site is also beautiful. I honestly cannot think of a negative thing to say and hope to visit again soon.
