What a beautiful, peaceful natural destination. As it is so close to the hotel, the waterfall is a must see as part of your visit to Powerscourt.

Good morning from Powerscourt and thank you for your lovely review. You came at a great time of year to see the falls as it is much better when it rains! I love the parkland and it is great to have a stroll around.
With Warm Regards

“not worth the entrance fee”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

The waterfall itself is very impressive but having to pay twenty euro for a family ticket is absurd. The walks are not signposted at all,so one has no idea which route to take and getting lost is a strong possibility. Having to pay to see this natural feature is crazy.

Season Greetings from Powerscourt and thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. I am disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your visit to the Waterfall. The cost of the family ticket is €16.00 for 2 adults and 3 children. We are currently working on a new trail and hope to have this implemented over the coming months and it will involve a discovery trail and the ecology of the area which little explorers will love.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas:)
With Warm Regards

“Lovely scenic spot for everyone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

I love visiting Powerscourt waterfalls, it is a nice area and quite a tall waterfall. You can bring family and you will certainly enjoy the drive as it is all around the Wicklow Mountains, so more than likely you can stop in a pub for a Guinness and some tasty food.

“Not that impressive”

Great setting and a good destination if you are out for a cycle ride. But is not the biggest waterfall you will ever see. There is an admission charge.
