“Lovely B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

The Pairc an Fhia B&B was perfect. Tom and Marian's home is beautiful, and the room was very comfortable. They did much to make our visit exceptional, with every attention to detail considered. We enjoyed Marian's breakfasts and Tom's expertise about the area. He provided us with a sat nav programmed with all of the interesting sites, excellent advice, and maps to help us find our way. Mitzy, their dog, is very friendly and sweet! Be sure to see the Cascades in the middle of the pretty town of Ennistymon, as well. We highly recommend this lovely place.

Our stay at this B&B in Ireland was a most extra special experience. The Deerpark House is very attractive, very well built and with quality decorations. It was spotless and very clean and most comfortable. The tasty food and breakfast cooking and presentation was the best. The hosts, Tom and Marian were friendly and engaging in our conversations concerning our travels. Tom even provided several maps and highlighted suggested touring routes. He then provided a preprogrammed GPS with many route options and wonderful touring opportunities. Most of the sights of The Burren were away from the crowds of other tourists. There were some very remote scenic roads that we traveled for over 10 miles without passing another vehicle. This was our best two night stay and most enjoyable experience of our touring of Ireland.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

Thanks for going to the trouble to tell everybody how well you enjoyed your stay in Ennistymon and the North Clare area.

We stayed in 5 B&B's during our car trip through Ireland the first week of June. they were all nice, but this was by far the best. It is so clean and every detail so nice you will think you walked into a model home that has never been lived in. We had excellent breakfasts, scrambled eggs and salmon. The town of Ennistymon is nice, we tried the Byrne restaurant and it was great. It has a patio overlooking the falls in town. Tom our host lent us a gps for touring the Burren and it helped greatly. He also gave us great advice on things to see the rest of our trip. If you stay in one B&B in Ireland this is the one to choose.

Tom, Marion and Mitzie were great hosts upon our arrival to the Deerpark House. Tom enthusiastically showed us the GPS option, which would be helpful for travelers without one. The room was great - the house was spotless! We had the pancakes with fruit for breakfast, which were delicious!

Spontaneously we were looking for a B & B near Ennistymon. We followed the signs and found this lovely house. We received a friendly welcome and got a large room with an even larger bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and at the end the owner showed us a some good places to visit. Thanks for the nice hospitality.

Tom and Marion were great hosts, but Mitzie was our first greeter and made us feel right at home! We actually had reservations with Tom's sister at her B and B in Adare the next night! Tom showed us how to use the longitude on our GPS and gave us a sheet wit the longitude and latitude for several places we were going to! Our room was great and the breakfast was wonderful! They have a beautiful view!
They recommended a great Resturant in town for dinner...would definitely tell anyone to stay there!

Room Tip: Clean, comfortable, and very welcoming! Tea, coffee and cookies upon arrival! Delicious breakfast to...

Hello Marcia C,
We make a good trio the 3 M's Mitzy, Marion and Me. Home from home.Joke
It is such a pity so many visitors to Ireland are not shown how to use the particular GPS when the care hire people rent them out.
Finding B&B's can be so easy with the GPS and they opens up all those gems of beauty in the out of the way places up and down our country.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
Kind regards,

This B&B is central to all attractions in Co. Clare. It's even only a block or so away from a grocery store. Loved the accommodations, hosts and food. If you stay for two nights the host will provide you with a GPS with all the attractions plotted out.
