“Warm and cozy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2012

Me and my friend took a trip to Ireland during our winter break. Lahinch's a beautiful place and the Siding B&B is the perfect place to stay. It's walking distance to the town and 10 mins drive away from the Cliff of Moher. The room and lounge was cozy and warm. We had a really good rest there. Very friendly hosts with lovely kids. Would definitely be back there if I have the chance to visit Ireland again!

This is a very friendly and conformatble place to stay which we enjoyed on a surfing trip to Lahinch at the end of the summer. The couple that run it, Susan & Douglas, are very accommodating even going so far as to drive us down to the village so we we didn't have to bring our car when going out at night. A sleep in a comfortable bed in a spotless room with en-suite facilities and good hearty breakfast in the morning make this place a perfect spot. Will use again.

We drove around Ireland without many firm plans and this is the reason why...we were told by someone in Midleton that it would be worthwhile to stay in Lahinch since we wanted to see the Cliffs of Moher.
Susan and Doug are so friendly and a pleasure to be around. Susan offered us tea and coffee upon arrival then showed us our room. It was nice and cozy, like a home away from home. My husband and I made a "best of" list and this place made several. It was the best night's sleep, the best bed, best guest area, best coffee, and the most relaxing.
The guest area was cozy and truly felt like we were in our home. We stayed up playing cards and reading by the fire, completely content. It's a great place to stay and a nice break from big cities.

My husband and I spent 5 very relaxing days in Lahinch recently. We thoroughly enjoyed Susan's gourmet homemade breakfast every morning and slept like babies in our comfortable and spotless en suite room. Susan and Doug were so welcoming and accommodating (even offering to drop us the short trip into town so we could enjoy a pint). Great B&B that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend further.

A friend and I completed a charity cycle through Ireland in August 2011 in aid of Enable Irealnd. We would like to thank the Owners,Susan and Doug for their kindness and generosity in supporting us and providing us with a complimentary room during our stay in Lahinch. Once again, the hospitality of B&B owners has been great. Tea,coffee and beautiful muffins upon arrival! Bikes stored away for the night and provided with a very cozy twin room! The room had a very spacious ensuite bathroom. Everything was spotless! Plenty of information laid out around the house for things to do and see in Lahinch and surrounding areas! Susan and Doug were very friendly and full of info too! Doug pointed us in the right direction for great food in town and also kindly drove us in! A very nice breakfeast was had the following morning before they waved us off.. Lovely place,Lovely people.. Highly recommended!
