James and Mary's hospitality was unending. Our room was spectacular - large, comfortable with every amenity. Undoubtedly the best shower I have ever had - serious power to soothe away the pains of playing seven golf courses in seven days, while seven months pregnant! We welcomed the high-speed internet to get those niggling work emails out of the way and were thrilled to find the Lodge just a seven iron from the Ballybunion club house. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Mary and James made us feel right at home. We had beautiful rooms overlooking the golf course. The B&B was decorated beautifully. James brought our bags in and out of the car, mary delivered us tea in the afternoon and Mary's Pancakes for the breakfast were delicious. Our party of 5 would recommend this B&B to any golfing groups or golfer's widows!

We stayed here recently on a golf trip. The husband and wife owners couldn't have been more caring and dedicated to us as customers. They took extremely good care of us and I would definitely stay there again. The room was very large, clean and cozy.

Playing golf at Ballybunion as one of a large group of Americans and Irish. Stayed in the 19th - the hospitality, accommodation, food and overall experience were really terrific. Will be going back.

Had a one night stay for a family occasion. Excellent location, spotlessly clean, excellent service and hospitality. Would highly recommend it to anybody wishing to experience top class service with a family feel.

Mary is there morning , noon and night to check you in, ensure your warm & comfy, and most importantly feed you a GREAT irish breakfast for a gusty 18 holes!
Located just doorstep of the Old Course of Ballybunion in terms of a golfing trip its ideal. For non golfers Mary is full of tips and "where to" spend a few hours exploring the beaches of Ballybunion.
We stayed in a comfortable room on the ground level as the B&B was fully booked, others we met in the lobby sitting room were staying upstairs rooms & said their rooms had views of the course and oversized tubs..just what you need after 18 holes and hours of hacking the ball out of knee deep fesque!
We will go back again and stay longer!
Eat in Mullins a bar as well as a B&B across the road from the landmark of the castle runins. All fish is straight off the boat and on to your plate.....delicious!

Everything was perfect - from our welcome to the entire stay at the 19th Lodge. We had a lovely large room, very clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for Mary and James, from booking restaurants and taxis, to advising on the local sights to booking golf. The 19th Lodge is perfect if you want to play golf at Ballybunion. We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit Ballybunion again, we would definitely stay at The 19th Lodge. Alan & Marilyn
