“Excellent value, top location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

First, the problem. Some houses in Ireland still don't have a number or use a post code, so it might be a problem to find the place you're going to. If you're into GPS: 54.948692,-7.734655 ; otherwise just set your device to Pearse Road with St Oliver Plunkett Road and head to the city centre. The B&B is on your left, just past the shopping centre.
Why am I being such a pain? Pearse road is a one-way street heading to a roundabout, past the roundabout, Pearse Road is still a one-way street but on the other direction. (i.e. after the roundabout you have to leave Pearse Road)
B&B is really close to Letterkenny town centre and its limited amenities and, despite being close to a busy road, it is quiet inside the room. Clean, big rooms, excellent service, free wifi... most of the amenities you'd expect in a bed and breakfast.
Price is quite sensible and location is great!
All in all, value for money

Booked here at the last minute due to problem with another hotel. Was so pleased to find lovely spacious rooms that were immaculatly clean. The bed sheets were spotless and the white shone back at you it was so clean. The breakfast was great, plenty of it and offered more.
Thankyou for an excellent stay, we will be back!

The wife and I stayed here recently, it cost us €60 for one night b&b, quite easy to find in a very central location and across the road from a service station. Quickly shown to our room upon arrival, stayed in room 4, good size room with all the usual you would expect to find, tv coffee making equipment etc etc. slept well that night albeit after a bakers dozen pints, breakfast was very nice, the full irish, but it was quite small when ya have the hunger on ya. would stay again, great location, walk to town about 4 mins but note for all the women reading this, its a very steep hill, the wife and the high heels seperated going up and going down this hill, would stay here again

Good location and easy to get to just off the main road. The room was clean & very spacious. We wanted a twin single and got twin double! Private off road parking to the side & rear with a large (albeit dusty) roller shutter garage for motorcycles. A short 10 min walk upto the town centre/high street here you an get a few drinks and a meal. I would seriously recommend The Brewery, Market Square (Caste Street) They do an excellent steak! See my pics! Breakfast was as youd expect, cereals, jucies, coffee & full Irish.

Room was not clean very dusty with cobwebs on the ceiling and especially in the bathroom where the fan was practically blocked with dust. We were awakened at 6.30 with the noise coming from the kitchen and on leaving when i mentioned it I was told they had workmen in and no apologies given. Very disappointing !

It was one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed at. It was set in a very central location, near all he shops, nightclubs and resturaunts. The room that I stayed in was very modern and clean. The staff were very polite and welcoming, They informed us of where to go and gave us very easy directions. The breakfast was amazing! I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Letterkenny.
