We had visitors over for the weekend from the UK so we decided to bring them to The Waters Edge for dinner on Sunday night. In all the times we have eaten here we have never had cause to complain. We had a lovely drink in the bar very relaxed and didn't feel rushed at all. Once in the restaurant we were seated by the window, lovely table and what I love about this place is the space between tables. These days you can go to a place to eat and the tables are on top of one another you feel like the people next to you are on your table. The starters were fab it ranged from goats cheese to scallops, 10 out of 10. For our mains we all went for steak it ranged from T-bone, sirloin and rump. All cooked to our liking and the veg etc that accompanied it was lovely, again a 10 out of 10. Pudding was delicious also another 10 out of 10. All in all a very enjoyable meal, staff were attentive but not over the top which is good. The bill was very reasonable for the quality of the food. Well done Waters Edge once again you did yourselves proud and impressed our friends from over the water. We will be back.
