“Nice B&B in the heart of Cashel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

This was a nice bed and breakfast that we stayed at as we traveled through Ireland. Parking was a bit tricky, but we found a spot just up the road from the B&B. Service was friendly and the room was spacious. Cashel is a great little town and there are many good pubs in easy walking distance from this spot.

We are traveling around Ireland for six weeks on the heels of 8 months throughout mainland Europe, Africa and the Middle East. That said, we have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels, hostels and bed and breakfasts in the past year. This place stands out greatly in a very positive way!

We were very pleased to have spent three nights in the charming town of Cashel with PJ and his family at their bed and breakfast. The B&B has plenty of charm and character and PJ has been nothing short of wonderful, offering plenty of advice.

Beds are comfortable, showers are hot, everything is clean and you are literally 50 yards to the nearest restaurants and pubs!

We will be coming back and look forward to it!

Nice B&B. Clean. Nice room if somewhat small. We had a room in the back on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was included with your choice of a "full Irish" or a continental of some cheese and fruit. Cereal is also available. Nice location on a quiet street. Parking is available on the street. Short walk to Rock of Cashel and one block over from Main Street.

Standard breakfast with some of the best pudding we had on the trip, this B and B is a good option if staying in cashel. The room was large and well kept, and the bed seemed to be extremely comfortable (though this might be due to the ample amount of Bulmers I consumed). The place itself was quiet, with ok parking on the street.

Flew into Dublin on 6/12, stayed at the Cashel B&B that night and could not have been happier. Close to everything, wonderful caretaker and my daughter loved Millie the dog. Room was comfortable and we all slept well. Within easy walking distance of Rock of Cashel using the "Bishop's walk". Charming and comfortable!

When I arrived I had a terrible cold and the management gave me a room where I could sleep well. I stayed 10 days and felt really taken care of. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. To be completely honest, I loved this place because of the quiet room, the courtyard out back, and the people (and, of course, Millie, the dog). I took the carrige ride and it was enjoyable, too. I didn't "book" breakfast so I can't help you there. Staying for longer periods in one place has given me insight into how people are treated overall. Couldn't have asked for a better place for caring people, and within my limited budget.
