Ate here for dinner with a group of about 10 and would definately visit again.
For the starter I got the chowder which I have to say I was very disappointed with, I eat alot of chowder and for me this was one of the most disappointing, it wasnt very creamy and tasted a bit flat, it also had no bread which is the first time in a restaurant I have gotten one without.
For the main I got the duck and have to say I was extremly pleased with this, again a serial duck eater! Definatly would say that this is the best cooked and best quality cut of duck I had, the flavors of the sauces were un-faultable also.
I also enjoy the way the veg was presented in dishes and the choice we had between potatoes, chips and different veg etc.
For the desert I am a big coffee fan so I got the ice-cream with a shot of espresso and liqueur which arrived as a scoop of ice cream in a cocktail glass with the two shots on the side.
The ice cream was great quality and it was a good change from normal deserts, I like that they arnt afraid to try something out of the ordinary like this.
The staff were very professional and managed to get all our orders correct even though people were constantly changing their minds!
Cant comment on price as I didn't pay but from the menu looked not too pricey!
