Super accommodation views and food. the bar and reception are very relaxing and open with lots of daylight and activity, also the lifts are not claustrophobic because of the glass walls, there is ample carparking and it is a short walk into town

Room Tip: look for a lake view

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter and a friend, Nice hotel, beds comfortable and room clean and did not feel cramped for 3 of us, only thing I would suggest is chairs on the balcony (which does need attention)
Siobhan a therapist at the spa was great, 2 of us had massage/facial and they were very good.
2 lads in the bar in the evenings were very good. Didn't try restaurant but bar food was fine

Dear Cruella 152,

Thank you for your review of the hotel and your kind comments. I have noted your advice on the balcony furniture and I have put an action plan in place to review all furniture on the balconies.
I am delighted you enjoyed your stay at the Hotel, and I look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Kind Regards

We stayed here over the past weekend and was impressed from the minute we walked in. Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and promptly checked-in. Lovely, modern fresh new rooms, one of the nicest I've stayed in. Free wifi throughout the hotel. We had some food downstairs and was served by one of the nicest, friendliest waitresses ever, Emma. Stayed on in the pub, Guinness and Jameson flowing served by extremely friendly and helpful bar staff. Even though we were back a wee bit after service had finished the following night , the Duty manager made sure we got toasties, lovely pints of Guinness and extra ice. I, overall give this hotel 5 stars. The only one wee fault might be its about 25 miles to Galway City but is easily accessible by motorway. I look forward to going back :)

Visited today with family and friends to celebrate my daughter's Confirmation. We all had great meals and the staff were most courteous. My parents stayed overnight and their room was spacious. Their only complaint was that they couldn't open a window or balcony door for fresh air. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. Perhaps one or two more bar staff might make things better in the bar area?

We spent 2 nights in this hotel with a group of tourist on a tour of Ireland. Location : remote, you need a car. Rooms : OK, large, clean, quiet. The bed was so comfortable ! Modern TV, bathroom OK. There are several groups of tourists at one time, so the timing of the meals is quite tight : 7.15 PM for one group, 7.30 for the next group.... and it becomes rather noisy. People travelling on their own eat in another room (I hope) or later.... Many businessmen also, wedding parties.... it's one of these hotels that make more money with "events" than with anything else.

Room Tip: Do not pick a room above a wedding party

Stayed last weekend for my hen party. The hotel was lovely but our suite was fab. Worth every penny. Really clean and airy. The view of the lake was beautiful. The only two negatives were the lack of a welcome basket of some sort in the suite and the website said there was a nightclub, which in fact is no longer opened. Besides that we had a very enjoyable stay.

Every guest said the food was amazing and the service second to none. We were so well looked after and we will be forever grateful
