we adored this little gem. our stylish rooms were exactly as promised. the rooms are so sweet, that we were thrilled to have breakfast delivered for us to enjoy when we wished in the morning. the restaurant is a hopping place with a terrific seafood menu. the whole family appears to work there, and it was a fun introduction to ireland for the first night of our trip. several ancient ruins are within walking distance, or a run.

my husband and I stayed here overnight in 2011 and was by far the nicest b&b we have ever stayed in. The rooms are modern, bright, tastefully decorated and we even had a bath in our bedroom with a skylight overhead! the room really was simply beautiful and you could make fresh coffee with the coffee machine (which to be honest,we couldn't master!) there is a wonderful shower like no other I've experienced! no negatives what so ever about this townhouse, great location on the main street, private parking and almost forgot to mention the wonderful seafood restaurant downstairs, which was a little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for, the food was fab. Also the garden is is a lovely place to sit and have a quiet drink. Can't wait to return, this is top class accommodation:)

Room Tip: try and book the double room with the free standing bath, fabulous!

There are no words to describe the amazing stay had here at QC's! Attention to detail left my boyfriend and me in awe throughout the duration of our stay here! The rooms here are like no other in which everything is thought of and kept at the highest standard possible! The food in the restaurant was superb and we were so impressed by the two owners behaviour and attitude towards their guests that we cannot wait to plan our next stay there! Location in town was also ideal. We were gutted to leave!

QC's is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in (both Ireland & UK).

After a romantic day taking in the amazing views travelling the Ring of Kerry; Molls Gap, Muckross House, Torc Waterfall and a proposal by the lake, QC's had a lot to live up to and it did that and more.

On arrival we checked in and were guided to the Red room on the top floor. Once inside the door the full quality and detail of this hotel can be appreciated. The large double bed was like heaven in a mattress, the type of bed you could happily spend time cuddling up to a loved one. Close to the bed was a beautiful roll top bath adding that extra romantic and special feel to QC's.

The decor of the rooms and furniture coordinate perfectly together and gives an extra spacious feel. The bathroom was exceptionally clean as expected, the shower had two seperate shower heads (one large rain fall type sower head) and a nice red bookshelf tucked away in the corner stacked with many great reads to help with any downtime. As with all the regular amenities the room had a safe, a nespresso machine and a fridge stocked with water, juices, fruit compote. Breakfast in QC's is served in your own room with a large selection of fresh fruit, granola, fruit salad and croissants and muffins left outside your door the night before.

Dinner in the restaurant also lived up to the quality and style of the rest of the hotel with a tasty three course meal. The service of the staff and quality of the food is second to none and is well worth a try even if you were not staying in the hotel itself.

Overall QC's made a very special day for us even that more memorable for all the right reasons. We only spent one night there but if your thinking of traveling along the Ring of Kerry this hotel is a must.

If QC's wasn't 350km away it would be a definite regular treat for us.

Room Tip: This review was based on a deluxe room. Well worth the extra cost
