Recommended by our Old Presbytery hostess (this review elsewhere) we wandered to Fishy Fishy our first evening-and AGAIN once before we departed! Each time dining room was very busy-and we chose to sit at bar. Great barman, lovely well-timed service, SUPERB sauces.
According to those in the "know", this chef not only has his own cookbook but is now on TV-can understand why! Had brill, hake, ray and mussels during our visits-each presented beautifully with fresh vegetables, sauces to die for. HINT: We split an appetizer and entree and that was sufficient for two hungry Americans-and our wallets! DO TRY-but not without reservations IF you want the dining room. They had a nice sized outdoor patio-which should be lovely in the better weather.
