My husband, son and I stayed only one night at Harbour HIll Farm, and rather wished we could have stayed longer. It is located on a working farm property, though the outbuildings are a short distance away. I liked being out in the country.
The front gardens are gorgeous, and the house is also quite attractive. Our bedroom was the largest of any during our 10-day trip, though the bathroom was a bit snug. It all looked either new, or newly-renovated, though maybe it was just well-kept-up, and very clean. The furniture was comfortable, and included an upholstered armchair, giving us something besides just the beds to sit on. On the ground floor there's also a sitting room for guests.
The views from our windows were of fields, hills, and a river or harbor. It all gave me a peaceful feeling, despite the occasional tractor going by on the road! Breakfast was very good, too. Siobhan, the owner, was quite helpful with restaurant recommendations the evening we arrived, and very friendly.
