The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly and we were quickly seated although the restaurant was busy. The food was OK but a little ordinary. The local producer's platter was fine but contained some not very local produce. Sun dried tomatoes and olives are a bit alien to Cork but the local sausage and cheese were OK. The beef stew was full of meat but lacked taste, a bit disappointing. I would eat there again but would not go out of my way to do so.
