A good sign of a trip is when you just don't want to go home!!!We were staying for 7 nights but ended up staying 2 extra nights. Given a room overlooking the Bay which was fantastic especially as the weather was good. The Fungie Cub for the children was excellent with Baking, Puppet Show, story telling and plenty of games to keep our daughter entertained. As usual the food was top class, both sea food and steaks, while we also enjoyed the entertainment in the bar. Each staff member we met were courteous and friendly in any dealings we had. We can't thank Graham and his staff enough for making our summer holiday a great one.

Room Tip: A room overlooking Dingle Bay is well worth asking for

I booked mid week for one night and got a reasonably good rate for two adults, two kids over 6 and a toddler who went free. We realized only too late (our fault for not reading the info left in room) the extent of what they do for children, mostly free of charge. Kids club is something else they take the kids from 9.30 to 12.45 and from 6.30pm to 10.00pm this includes swimming, an excursion to the ocean sea aquarium for €5, games, art and a disco. On discovering all of this it was decided that we stay on a second night and without even asking we received a cheaper rate for the same room. The facilities for families are second to none everyone of us got to have a memorable break. My 6 year old is still talking about the kids club she would have stayed there forever. My 10 year old didn't even make it to the games rooms there was so much else to do. Baby went to creche for €6 an hour and he had a great time. The breakfast was top class everything you wanted. The Staff again from the top down were super, happy, friendly and kind to the kids. The views were breathtaking The only problem is you might never leave the Hotel as its got everything you would need. Even a sighting of Fungi from it lovely shoreline walk. Thanks Dingle Skellig we'll be back very soon.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Excellent location, two minute walk from town. Stayed in a standard room which was fine for two nights. My daughters didn't avail of kids club but looked liked like there was lots on. Food v good in restaurant, bit of a delay but worth it. Staff very friendly, lots of knowledge of the area and where to go. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is VERY NOISY! If you are a couple looking for a relaxing vacation this is NOT the place for you. Children run around freely, are noisy in the hallways and slam doors early in the morning, very disturbing. The breakfast buffet is only adequate, nothing special, and because it is crowded with families and children, it again, is not relaxing. The sleeping rooms are small and not very well appointed. The only things good to say are that that the location is good and the staff is very helpful. If we are ever back in Dingle, we will not stay here.

Room Tip: If you are a family you will like it here. If you are a couple, go elsewhere.

We loved our week at skellig! Kids club was just fantastic, really gave us a break to have our breakfast and dinner together after the kids were done. Very well though out set up in a hotel totally accommodating to families and their needs. Staff were just so pleasant it made us really want to move home :) If you don't have kids - its still a great hotel, but expect to see a few around the halls! Breakfast was excellent, thanks skellig!
