“Healthiest and tastiest food in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2011

All the food in this place is made from the best natural ingredients and home-cooked with care and skill. Their big Cul Gardin salad plate is an entire meal of itself and absolutely out of this world. Terrific deserts too. There is a beautiful enclosed garden with tall trees in the back where you can eat and it is so very peaceful and lovely.

“hearty soup”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2011

This is a small, charming spot to get a healthy, delicious lunch or dessert. We had soups and they were wonderful. It's very laid back and old-school 60's-ish---so if you want formality--do not come. We loved it and would return.

“Amazing , fantastic , homely”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2011 via mobile

My husband is a vegan . Not all restaurants cater for vegans. To my amazement he was asked would he like soya milk in his cappuccino . We have never been to a restaurant that asks or supplies that choice. The foodand staff were so friendly and really friendly.

“Awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2011

I`m from Germany and on my way round the southcost of ireland i visited a small place called Dingle.
I just was looking for some hot chocolate to relax a bit from the stressful journey.
And there i find it... A small entrance leads into a very tiny cafe called Cul Cairdin.
Me and my two friends get some of the ultimate hot chocolate there, and it tasted fantastic!
The Atmosphere in the small room was very friendly and we just felt comfortable and safe.
The nice threatment of the shop owner did the rest to have a nice time there!
Thanks a million! It was really nice! Greetings

“A musical and cullinary delight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2011

I dropped into Cúl Gháirdin for lunch one day in October only to discover that in the covered area out back was a jazz trio playing. We were served mulled wine and the food was exquisite. I understand that that the food is organic where possible, and it is certainly a treat. Inside hangs the work of local artist Barbie Begley and local and visiting talent regularly play music out back in Cúl Ghárdin during the Summer and Autumn. What a wonderfully origanal gem of a place.
