Stayed 2 nights, very simple rooms with all needs covered. Cheap stay in a great spot facing a municipal 9 hole golf course - excellent for practice rounds with spectacular views aout to sea. A bit out of town, a good thing if you prefer quiet but food at inn on site not up to more than chips and ......

Room Tip: Ask for rear facing for quiet from road.

We stayed here as an anniversary treat and instead of putting the dog into kennels we were able to bring him. We were given a massive room (Room 111) near to a main door in the hotel which provided us with easy access to outdoors for the dog. The room was clean, comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were lovely. We didn't use the bar so we can't comment. The location was superb as directly in between Portrush and Portstewart.

Myself and my husband and another couple stayed here very recently as anniversary treat
and we would highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay .Both the rooms we had were lovely the entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was beautiful. The staff were helpful and very friendly, and the area was so quiet at night that we intend to bring our kids here to stay very soon .Overall it was a great place to stay and great value for money.

Room Tip: would be great to bring kids here .

Big, spacious room.
Could be cleaner. Wi-fi available only on corridor or next to reception area.
Breakfast not too bad.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2010

. Hotel reception very clean, but bedding in rooms were not changed very often. Towels changed but old ones were left in bathroom. Carpets in room shabby, found an old length of fishing line on the floor from previous occupants. Menu in bar stays the same all week and lacking in atmosphere as hardly any people use it at night. Well worth the 20min walk into town. Great location for golf courses and sightseeing.
