“All roads lead to the Harbour Bar”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2013

It's a tradition in my family, whenever we're in Northern Ireland we visit the Harbour Bar. My last visit was on Saturday 20th April. Busy Saturday afternoon as always, front bar packed, ordered drinks and Willie said we shouldn't be standing and he'd find us a seat, and he did in the adjacent room (also packed) but we were cosy by the fireplace and could watch Willie & the bar staff hard at work, the atmosphere in here is second to none! It's a must visit, if you're in Portrush. Everyone is friendly and talks to each other in here and people will cram themselves into the corridor or hover out the front just to be able to soak up the atmosphere. I didn't want to leave! Can't wait for my next visit!

“Great food at a very humbling price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013 via mobile

Excellent food and service. Our table of had both starters which were immense - best garlic bread and accompanied bread and dips I have ever tasted!

Mains were certainly not a disappointment either. Massive portions and pure decadence.

Wine was very reasonably priced as well.

Waiting staff offer a relaxed approach with a no fuss approach.

Deserts are out of this world and a must!

Will certainly be back!

“Exceptional”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013 via mobile

Simply wonderful. From the excellent beef (cooked to perfection) to the million dollar fries & blue cheese potatoes, to the best, yes, THE BEST, sticky toffee pudding ever, the experience was perfect. One of the best meals out from start to finish with no complaints...I'll be back, from Dublin, with pleasure.
