I stopped by for coffee on the way to visit the Giants Causeway with 2 large groups. We had visitors from Australia and we spent approx £20 on scones and coffee. Some of the kids brought sausage rolls from next door into the restaurant only to be told we can't eat them here. We asked "just this once" but we were briskly told it was not allowed and "it's a global thing" whatever that means. We stupidly ate there as we had already bought the coffee and scones. In times of such austerity you would think they would show much better hospitality and customer service. Instead we were treated like nuisances. I certainly won't be back and wouldn't recommend it unless you like rudeness and inflexibility.
