My mother and I went to Northern Ireland to do some ancestry research. My mother had travelled from New Zealand and we both count ourselves very lucky to have ended up at Rosemary's door who went out of her way to help us (including a visit to her aunt to help out!). The accommodation was spotless and comfy and although I am a bad sleeper and my room was on the road side I had no issues at all getting a fantastic night's rest.

Thank you Rosemary for probably the best accommodation and service we experienced during our round Ireland tour. Your attention to detail and our wellbeing was excellent. Breakfasts were great and the friendship Rosemary offered was exceptional. Her reference to the "Wee Black Mannie" in Bushmills township will not be forgotten. Digby & Marion

Room Tip: Room away from the road would be preferable.

I visit Norrthern Ireland frequently but this was my first time at Craig Cottage ,Absolutely perfect . An ideal location with views seen only in travel guides. Decor is wonderful and Rosemary has so many little touches which have created superb comfort One is relaxed the minute one steps inside . She's an amazing host with time and tips galore for her guests . Nothing is too much trouble and one 'belongs '. Her breakfasts are beautifully prepared and set you up for the day. There is superfast wifi , parking and a welcoming lounge . Craig Cottage is a 'paradise found '...

We stayed here in early September and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic and very easy to find. We were able to visit the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede bridge, Bushmills distillery and the Dark Hedges. We hit Dunlace castle on the way out of town as well. It's an easy drive to many local pubs from Ballintoy to Bushmills.
The rooms were comfortable and warm with tea/coffee in room. There was a nice sitting room area to hang out in before bed. The breakfast is your choice of things but trust me no matter what you get you will not leave hungry! The views are amazing. The ocean on one side and a hill with sheep on the other. It is right next to the road but you'll count more sheep than cars driving by!
