Shabby cramped cafe with poor facilities. It needs an overhaul as does the whole run down town centre. Go elsewhere unless you are looking for charity shops. Footpath has been widened and traffic reduced on High Street but very few pedestrians or shops - money wasted, and litter not even swept up. Presentation and need to maximise profits seems to be more important to the owners rather than quality of food, value for money, or customer care. Waiting staff just OK but nothing else. Seems to have delusions of adequacy in awful surroundings - as does this town centre. If you want to shop and have lunch, go instead to Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownards, Ballymena, Bangor, or virtually any other town for a more bustling vibrant experience - with shops and a choice of decent places to eat.
