Our chips are hand cut and we use potatoes from local farms in the area not jacket potatoes, and our dressed crab came in fresh that day from a local supplier who has won True Taste of Wales awards and have been featured on television programmes. We choose our suppliers carefully as we want to offer local quality produce, we're sorry it wasn't to your liking. The majority of our customers comment on how nice it is to have hand cut chips rather than frozen chips offered. I was at the pub all weekend and if you felt this strongly about it, you should have really sent your meal back or asked for me as I could have dealt with it at the time. We always try and rectify any issues customers may have as we want customers to enjoy the Griffin and leave feeling happy.
