“Good for travelling through!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

This hotel is much the same as the others in the chain, except there was no bathmat (big problem with the "one piece" bathroom as the floor gets very wet) and only two towels - no hand towels. Our room faced a very busy road and we expected a sleepless night. However, the fan kept out the noise, but was not too noisy to keep us awake. Breakfast is the best feature of these hotels. It is always the same - lots of variety and the lowest price we paid anywhere in France for breakfast. There were a number of restuarants in the area for evening meals. We found all Premiere Classe Hotels great for one night stopovers and the money we saved staying there was put toward the more expensive hotels we used for longer stays. We became quite fond of this chain - always knew the least to expect and were happy if we got a bit more!

I stayed here with my friends for 2 nights , and it was worth the stay .
We reach Avignon TGV late and the information desk receptionist told us that we could only reach this place by Taxi (which is not true)! We didn't ask further and took the taxi straight to our hotel and it took us 35euros. A scary price for me~!!!

was a little worried as the reviewed i read previously was bad. we checked in and the room was a little cramp , and only a little space to walk, but it wasn't a big problem as we only wanted a room to sleep. The air-con , TV , and heater was all working fine. And we got 3 single bed as requested .

We took the 5euro breakfast buffet and it was great! Various yogurt , bread , and jam to choose from . u could even toast ur bread . they even have a coffee machine serving various types of coffee , u could also choose milk orange juice and tea if u wan. It was a fulfilling breakfast , me and my friends were very satisfied.

About the way to Avignon TGV , we found out from the receptionist that we could take a bus there , and it only cost us 1,20 euros~!!! we spend 10x more the price.

Overall it was a comfortable place to stay , receptionist and guest are very friendly , the hippopotamus restaurant is only beside the hotel and there are many other restaurant nearby .
Definitely worth the price, and strongly recommended to those who are looking for cheap and comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here on our way to Luxembourg and also to see Avignon. We booked with last minute.com and we were happy with our choice. It was cheap! Never stayed in a hotel like this. Rooms were small and bathroom was small too but the price we paid we did not complain. It was neat and clean!

Breakfast was one of the best we had in a long time at a hotel for the price they charged. I think we paid 5€ or less each and we had lots of pastries, cakes and breads to choose from in the small restaurant style set up. The room was bright with colourful chairs. Lots of teas/coffee and hot chocolate too. I even took some pastries for the road!

Parking was free and we had dinner at the hotel opposite.

Would stay here again for a quick cheap stop! Nothing was wrong with the shower or air conditioning in our room!

We are used to stay in hotels like that, such as Etap and Formule1, but Premiere Classe is just a nightmare!! The AC was not working, there were holes in the sheets, hair all over the floor and in the bathroom... The water in the shower was either to hot or too cold (we couldn't take a shower). Even it is a non smoke room, it was smelling terrible.
The breakfast is not good as well.
There are other better places with a similar price. Do not stay here, please!
