We stayed at the resort admittedly off-season, so it was very quiet - some meals there was only 1 or 2 tables in use. Having said that, restaurant service still slow.
The menu is fairly short, but also some of the choices are too complicated - too many ingredients. Seems chef trying too hard, but not quite managing to pull it off. Could be great, with more focus on simple, good local food but isn't quite there.
People very friendly at the hotel though.
