My husband and I ate lunch here last Tuesday and we were very impressed by the whole experience. The staff were very efficient and friendly and we loved the ambience of the inn. I ate very good sea bass with perfectly cooked veg....not too overcooked nor raw ( as some places serve ) .The potatoes were rather floury and dry but we know it has not been a good year for ' spuds'. A few Jersey Royals would have been ideal. My husband ate chicken and it was moist and full of flavour. We were rather too full for puddings but I'm sure they would have been of a high standard too. Coffee was excellent and just how a good cup should be.
This was our first visit to the Inn but hopefully not our last.
