Owner description: Swim up and have a cocktail or an ice cold beer from St. John Brewery on Coral Bay's Floating Bar- Angels Rest. Snorkel, or soak up the tropical sun on the top deck, or if you prefer, lounge on the daybeds. Or maybe you prefer to sit at the glass dining table with an open floor below. We also have our liquor licenses so if you see us anchored at Ms. Vie's or Hanson beach swim out for a cocktail and some fun! We provide dingy pick ups. We also do private charters 1/2 day, full day or sunset cruises.

What a great time we had with capt Pete. We were driving and saw the boat with the magical words on the side BAR. we parked and took a quick swim and meet some great people. Best rum punch on the island. Bring lots of $5.00 because all drinks cost that much. Great time

“Heaven on Earth”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

My wife and I had an outstanding very relaxing afternoon on this special houseboat. Captain Pete makes everyone feel at home. My only regret is that we could not get a few friends together and charter the whole boat for a day. Remember to cruise the east end. Believe me, the journey is worth it!! If you cannot relax on this boat, just give up and go back to the grind and do not bother returning to St John.

“Unique bar”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

Angel's rest was moored at Vie's beach, after a bit of snorkeling time, it was great to climb aboard and have a rum punch. You can go upstairs and sit on the sun deck or get a little shade while watching fish through the open bottom under the table. Fun!

My husband and I were visiting St. John with our friends who introduced us to Pete. We spent the afternoon on the boat having cocktails parked at Vie's. Pete was a so hospitable and fun I wish we had done this earlier in the vacation. Definetly next time we visit St. John we will be looking for Pete!!! Meg & Artie

Thanks again Pete for a great time!!!!

“Definitely worth the drive across St John”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

What can we say. Short swim out in glorious blue water to the friendliest bar on St. John. Peter was great and his choice of bay is spectacular. After a delicious rum punch and some great local conversation, we dove into the cove to swim back to our car. Two hours later heading toward the ferry to St. Thomas, we realized that my sunglasses had been on my head when I dove in to swim back.

After re-crossing the island, and swimming back to Angel's Rest and were able to spot the sunglasses in 20 feet of crystal clear water below the bar. With Peter's help and some of his snorkel gear, we recovered the submerged treasure and were back on our way with memories of a little island hospitality.
