Take your time and use good walking shoes and bottle of water. Plenty of spots to stop on the climb up to catch your breath. I would suggest to go either early morning or late in the day when sun has gone down. It takes around 30 mins or so, with a couple of stops. Once at top the view's are spectacular and it reminds you how beautiful and majestic our country is.

If you did this walk 3 times a week, you would be very fit. did see a few fit people running up, so if you are fit and want to increase your fitness try this one.
Ensure you go to toilet before you visit. ( no facilities at the lookout !)
