We had Beef carapaccio, fois gras and smoked salmon for the as entrees; fish & beef filet as main courses; a cheese platter, dessert vendeen & ice cream! (not forgetting the exquisite entree of shrimps and creams cheese - which is much more than what my humble description says). All dishes were cooked to perfection, even the vegetables and roasted figs that accompanied the main dishes!
You'd have to imagine having that in a Chateau's dinning room, very well lit and overlooking the garden, in a quiet atmosphere yet very particular as the host and staff make sure you do no miss or need anything.
