Myself and my husband visited her on 12th January 2013.
We arived at about 14:00. The farm was very cheap compared to the other farms that we have visited.
The toilets were, clean and tidy.
The welcome we recieved upon arrival was relaxed, but very friendly.
We purchased 2 bags of food to feed the animals £2 again very reasonable, on comparison to others visited.
First up were the bulls, and cows. They are massive, but all very placid. They looked well looked after, and were all kept clean and tidy.
They were well fed, I was licked by a big cow, and gave it a scratch behind the ears, which it seemed to love.
They also have donkeys, goats, and 3 Al pachas.
All the animals enjoy being petted and are very gentle when taking pellets.
There is a sow with piglets, which I wanted to feed however after watching her scrat about for food and grunting, i decided i valued my hand too much. I wasnt as confident I would make it with my hand in tact.
There is also a small animal area, with rabbits, chicks, chickens, and cockrels, also they have tortoise.
Not as impressive as the calfs, they are soooo lovely, these too enjoyed a scratch on the ears, they were by far my favourites.
We missed the milking of the cows as I would have loved this. But enjoyed my day out regardless.
We then had a coffee in the cafe, and a beautiful piece of home made victoria sandwhich. It was delicious.
My husband had a sausage roll, and a tea and a diet pepsi, I had a cappachino, the cake, a diet pepsi also, and 12 eggs, and also 12 free range eggs and was under £10 again very much value for money.
I want to go back again ......NOW!
I give this farm 10/10 it was a lovely afternoon out, thanks.
