The first room I was offered on the first floor had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke but after asking for another room I was immediately given a replacement on the third floor which was fine. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the barman/waiter who was on duty and looked after me for my evening meal. He knew the menu well and ensured I had everything I wanted throughout the meal. Both the meal and the hotel was a little expensive for a budget hotel chain (I stayed in exactly the same type of room at Ibis Luton UK for a fifth of the price the night before) but I guess this is just because it is Geneva. The room was basic, with no tea & coffee facilities (unlike Luton Ibis) and no proper cooling for the room (it was very warm) but I had a very comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is very handy but not easy to find on arrival at the airport (I ended up taking a taxi the short distance as I wasn't sure how far away the hotel was). To summarise, a good, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff close to the airport.

The hotel is ranked 2-stars (if I remember correct); however, nothing there that defines it from any 3-star airport hotel. Rooms are big enough (to accomodate not just yourself but your skies as well), and the wifi for the first 24 hours is free of charge - very nice, it is not as such in the other hotels. Breakfast is not included, but you may get one for the reasonable price if your flight schedule allows you. Windows are indeed soundproof, so no worries for sleeping. Shuttle to/ from airport is also available, and you may get a ticket for a tram to the center of the city at the Reception.
All in all, stayed here twice and it would really be my first option for my next stay at Geneve airport.

Great hotel for an overnight stay in Geneva before an early morning flight. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and efficient front desk. Shuttle service on demand for the very short trip to the airport. A good value.

Not such a great restaurant. Tremendously overpriced food. The food was decent & the service very good. But even considering general high prices in Geneva this restaurant was overpriced. I really felt that I was taken advantage of. Not many other options in walking distance.

Thank You I did enjoy my stay of one night with you as I was in transit from Brussells to Dubai the next day. Your shuttle service from the airport to the Hotel late at night was very easy and then I used it again for the return the next day. Your staff were very good, polite and very friendly and I love your lady who serves the breakast with the big smiley face and warm welcome, its just the what you need to start your day. The room was great and very comfortable bed and very clean. So thanks again it was a great stay.
