I popped into Pot Luck in late February after walking past the menu a dozen times and realising I really wanted something that wasn't Swiss for a change. I guess it's probably described as Asian-fusion tapas (though we had a fish taco as well), and we found the place to be bustling and buzzing with almost all tables occupied for an early sitting. The staff were very helpful with choosing the right number of dishes and we muched our way through such inventive dishes as the Asian steak tartare and a delicious pork belly with cognac sauce. Everything was interesting, and through the prices look typically Verbier we ate well and enjoyed dessert for CHF50 each (not including wine) - which is really only twice the price of most fairly ordinary meals in that town (or three and a bit times the cost of a Burger King value meal) and a far better ratio for a gastronomic experience than I get at home in London. Well done to Pot Luck, I hope you're still there next season.
