Pontresina a charming skiing village and Sporthotel well located for buses to and from Celerina and Samedan for skiing. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Restaurant is very good and again service is great. All in all, to be recommended.

I just stayed at the SportHotel in beautiful Pontresina with a large hiking group for 2 weeks and have to report on how wonderful this hotel was. The food, rooms and service were all above average. The owners are on site and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.

I highly recommend this hotel, the location is the best, the rooms are beautiful and spotless, the food was delicious - a great value in it's class.

  • Disliked — hard to say, it was all very good. i guess i would say that they should expand the spa hours.
