Fine if you just want 'basic pub grub' and are not particually worried about poor decor. Booking the table itself was all a bit vague, the welcome as we arrived at the bar wasn't very 'welcoming'. The pub inside is very musty and didn't look as if its been decorated in 20+ years. E.g. the splits on the seat covers of the chairs were held together with parcel tape....nice! We tried to order some drinks during our meal and were told that next time we wanted drinks we would have to go to the bar, they could bring them to us. The food itself was fine, good value for money, but nothing special. A bit disappointing!
