1909-1910 Built, used untill 1980 as a hospital, building was possible by Foundation of Franziska Puricelli who named it after her name patroness St. Franziska. 1989 Taken over by church health group Caritas Trier, then completely renovated, rebuilt and extended. The stately building has a beautiful sandstone facade with Art Nouveau decorations and is located in a park on a hill in the West.
