We spent a few hours finding this restaurant because of the Trip Advisor reviews, but our experience proved a little dour. The restaurant itself is nice inside and the home brew brass fermenter is a nice touch. The waitresses were very nice and pleasant, the food was OK but not what we expected. My wife and I had the pork schnitzel - mine with mushroom sauce and my wife's with a beer sauce. They were OK but both small and over cooked. My daughter got the two sausages in onion sauce - which was really an onion broth, and the sausages very skinny and boiled. I expected a thick onion sauce and two big BBQ German sausages. We have had the "stall" bratwurst snags in bread in the main street and they were BBQd but these in the restaurant were basically the same but boiled. If this was an adult meal (which it was meant to be) we would have gone home hungry. For all the hype we were greatly disappointed. Check out my review of last nights restaurant it was so gorgeous as to be up there 6 stars. Zunftube - it is an absolute must - makes this restaurant seem a poor fellow - sorry!!!!
