Location: The hotel is at a walkable distance from the city centre. From the railway station its better to take a cab (cost 8-9 EUR).
Staff: The staff are helpful but they are not very english speaking. If you dont speak or understand German, it would be bit difficult.
Room: The hotel is old and build in Alpine style, so expect some squeaks while you walk on the wooden floors. The room and washroom were clean and had a personal balcony. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable.
Facility: There is free internet (wifi) in the hotel and the login information is available at the reception. The breakfast room is really nice with nice sofa and lightings. The breakfast was really nice with all those varieties but the scrambled egg tasted bad (both days!).
In summary, this hotel is the cheapest but the best one (approx. 90 EUR/day) in the area and is not an Alpine resort. If you have stayed in any Intercity hotel in Germany then you will find this one on par with the Intercity.
