This was one of the most amazing Italian meals I've had outside my Grandmother's kitchen, rivaling anything I've eaten in Italy or Little Italy. Everything about the meal was perfection; our server was outstanding, helping us navigate an extensive menu of classic dishes and house specialties to create the perfect culinary experience for our table. We sipped on the house red wine throughout the meal; it paired well with the food, especially the tomato based sauces. The tomato soup was the best I have ever eaten. The Ravioli Rossi is a full meal in and of itself; like a ravioli pot pie, something that should definitely be shared among a table of friends or family. The pasta course was by far our favorite, and if I have the opportunity to visit again I would skip the secondi to leave room for more pasta or dessert. Leave room for the tiramisu, and no good Italian meal is complete without a little grappa or lemoncello. Mangia!
Weather didn't allow for us to enjoy the courtyard/biergarten, but it looked like a great place to spend a summer evening. The restaurant does take credit cards, which is good because this was, by far, the most expensive meal we had traveling through Germany. Worth every penny for a meal and evening we will always remember.
