Hotel is small and clean, very tidy. Everything is self-service (they've no staff in the afternoon and evening) but very well thought out, so you will get all what you need.
Location is actually not bad, and it's a nice 30minutes walk to the Dom. But it was raining that date for me and so i would rather stay in a closer location.
