Hotel is located in a residential area which isn't very obvious to spot when arriving by car, there's a sign "Hotel" on the building but no indication of name or house number. The area in which it is located is quiet and pleasant though not very well lit at night, it is about a 15 minutes walk to the Altstadt.

Check-in was quick - was informed of the night lock, breakfast time, free WiFi password and the direction to the nearest public parking garage (not free), the receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or helpful, just doing her job. There are 2 floors with stairs access.

The room is spacious and bright, very nicely decorated with modern furnishing, the bedding was ultra comfortable due to good quality linen used, toilet/shower fittings are also made of good quality material, shower has good water pressure, the heater/towel hanger kept the toilet warm and the towels dry. I should add that both room and toilet were spotlessly clean.

Amenities in the room is basic, apart from the usual bed/bedside tables, there were some hangers and hooks, a couple of chairs, a laptop table, platform for luggages, TV, basic toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The breakfast offers a variety of choices - cold cuts, rolls, cereals, fruits, hard boiled egg, yoghurt, tea and coffee; the cold cuts and the rolls were particularly good.
