I went to the Switzerland for a business meeting, I landed early in the morning. Free shuttle picked me up from the airport, got to the hotel in 5 minutes. Check-in was quick and efficient, had an issue with the booking where my travel agent made a mistake, they sorted it out without a fuss and there I was. I needed a meeting room to have a private discussion, I was offered all possible help. I needed guidance to get around the city, I got all directions needed and advice on places to see and things to do.

A great hotel, lovely people, excellent and friendly service and great breakfast.

Room Tip: Higher floor rooms

I stayed one night. The personnel was really nice and helpful with everything. The location, although is far from the center, is really good because is like 200m from a tram station which takes you to the center in 15 min. Also, you can take, in the same station, a team which takes you to CERN in 10 min. The airport is really near this hotel and there is a shuttle coming every 10 min to take you to the airport.

The room was ok, no so fancy, but good. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was little and the pillow to thin.

In general is a good hotel.

Very warm, friendly and helpful staff. It was very impressive! Rooms were lovely and spacious. The only thing is that we had a twin bed (as a couple) but apparently if we had opted for a Superior room, we would have had a Queen size instead. There is a free shuttle service from the airport but the following morning we had to take a taxi as we were leaving too early for our flight...this was no problem as the front desk clerk reserved one for us that was ready waiting. By the wsy, it's a quick ride to the airport.
It's just a quick 5mins or less walk to the tram station which takes you into town. They'll give you free tickets at the front desk and help you with your list of places to visit!
We'd consider staying here again but select another type of room.

Stayed in the nH for a week whilst attending a training course. Shuttle bus from the airport was regular and well driven. Arrival at the reception and the checking in process could have not gone any smother. Very well mannered and extremely helpful. but what annoyed me was the corporate colours and the costs of the hotel and the menu. My room was a twin bed room very clean and maintained but the corporate colours decorating the room were depressing. Very dark and uninspiring. The room heating was over worked and uncontrollable. Looking at the in house menu, to my horror I discovered that the club sandwich was 24 CHF with tax a whopping £16.36. Well in my country you can feed a family Christmas Lunch for £2.50 per head if you are prepared to shop around. The Breakfast buffet was uninspiring being identical every morning.
I was happy to get on the bus at the end of the week. But all said the staff were very polite, helpful and nice to be with.

Room Tip: Shop around. If you are only there for a night try the Ibis.

Been there for a week in late September, and they had already turned off the AC, which made for a few uncomfortable nights, as it was still quite warm. Reception was unwilling/ unable to do anything about it. Restaurant is very very overpriced, better off walking to the nearby mall and buy some groceries or go to a restaurant there. Rooms are small, but nicely furnished.
Hotel is in the middle of an industrial zone, right under the final approach path of planes landing on Geneva airport, so it can get very noisy if you open the windows. Staff mostly not very friendly, but that seems to be standard in Switzerland.

I stayed in the Hotel during a three day business trip to Geneva. They have three different type of rooms: Standard, Superior and Junior Suite. I've booked the Superior. It was clean, spacious and quiet which was surprising as the airport is nearby. They offer a free shuttle bus to/from the airport. Wireless internet access was included but rather slow (for a faster access you have to pay extra). The gym only consists of a cross trainer, a bicycle and a tiny sauna. Breakfast is very expensive. The hotel is quite far away from town and there's nothing around in walking distance, no restaurant, bar or supermarket. I chose it because my office was nearby. Bottomline: If you know what to expect it's ok, but certainly nothing overwhelming.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the airport by shuttle bus. But it is not very regular - we had to wait for it in the airport for more than 30 minutes and only a call to the hotel resolved the problem. All other shuttles had arrived and left twice during this period. Ibis bus even made it three times! So it is better to warn the hotel upfront about the expected time of arrival.
7 minutes walk from the hotel is a tram station and it takes about 20-25 minutes to reach the center of the city (don't forget to ask for free tickets at reception).
The hotel itself is very simple and not very clean - we had even to ask for a new pillowcase, as the one in the room was dirty! All equipment and furniture are a little bit out of date, but works okay. If you are not going to spend too much time in the room and just looking for one night break for your journey - it is acceptable.
The breakfast was surprisingly good with great choice of meals - I add an extra star to the rating for it.
The hotel also offers a free parking and there is a huge parking next to the shopping center nearby.
In overall, the hotel is closer to 3-stars, and definetly not the best one within NH chain.I believe it is possible to find a better option around Geneva airport.
