“VERY NICE QUALINT LITTLE PLACE QUIRKY !”

I am a bit late writing this review as it is actually a year since we stayed here and I keep forgetting.
Missed the boat to Bute so this wonderful convenient little place tucked away is a great place to stay.
Warm and cosey.
Lovely lady.
nice furnishings.
Good company.
Can you ask more. Delightful.
I am off in rush to see if I can get my sister booked in now !

Although it has taken a time to respond I very much appreciate the time you took to,add your kind and positive comments. As you said it is well over a year since you stayed with us I do remember you and enjoyed your company. I do,hope you enjoyed your stay in Bute. As I told you it is one of my favourite places and hopefully it became one of yours. Hope you continue to enjoy your travels.

One of the very best B&B we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble and the room were delightful as were the hosts. We arrived on motorbikes which were safety stowed in the garage and our wet clothing placed in the drying room. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated wonderfully well. Will definitely return and recommend this place to everyone travelling to Inverkip.

We have once again received a GOLD award from Visit Scotland for Service and Hospitality. An inspector from Visit Scotland spends a night in the house incognito and issues us with the star rating. I f he or she feels that the establishment deserves a gold rating he or she gives their findings to a committee to decide. During this process the reviews on Tripadvisor are taken into consideration before awarding gold. I would like to thank you for taking the time and trouble to put in a review and for helping us to retain our GOLD award. “A good experience”

After looking in a rainy day for a place to spend a night during our trip in Scotland, had a very good experience in Foresters. Wonderful and charming, very warm welcome, all details tidy and refined!

Spotless, comfortable, good value for money and very pleasant, friendly owners...what more could one want! From Inverkip it's an easy drive to Glasgow or Ayrshire and the ferries to the Clyde Islands are only minutes away. A brilliant place to stay.

“Second Visit”

My wife and I stayed for another weekend at this fabulous guest house. The welcome when we arrived, the exceptionally clean room, the breakfast and the wave off in the morning made us feel like friends.
I am sure we will return again.

There are direct train links to Glasgow which takes 45 minutes, Glasgow International Airport is 30 minutes away and forty minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport and for those arriving by boat, we are 5 minutes walk from Inverkip Marina. The Foresters House has been carefully renovated to provide quality accommodation and has been designed to give visitors privacy with the confidence that Jim and Rhona are on hand to assist.
