We drove out of Canterbury on the last evening of our stay there to this amazing restaurant. All the courses we had were extremely good but my apricot soufflé was sublime. The service was attentive and polite and the chef coped really well with my husbands dairy allergy. He even made him miniature meringues with blackcurrant filling to replace the petit four that had milk in them. This was definitely worth driving out from Canterbury. Might even tempt us to make the trip from Basingstoke especially as they have a room where you can stay the night!
