We paid a lot. The ski passes didn’t work in the morning. We complained and was told (in an email) that we were “lying” that this prevented us from skiing for 2 hours and that this wasn't their problem - they passed the buck.
We also complained about the state of the chalet and food and again was fobbed off. Cooking on mass means that the quality of the food isn’t of the high standard I would expect from this level of chalet. For a lower amount of money this is OK. But not worth the amount they are paying and that nice ski world have your money they don’t care.
Whilst we complained to ski world they didn’t take us seriously and were left with a “not our problem” but “please come again”. My advice is you can get a better deal going elsewhere. If you go with Ski World and things go wrong they don’t care.
