Friendly informal restaurant off the Front de Neige at Tignes Val Claret.
Does a lot more than pizza, with a range of Savoyarde specialities, meats and pastas. But at lunchtime the pizzas are worth going for. Some you’ll know but others (like the Montagnarde with reblechon cheese, mushrooms and egg or the Italienne with a small mountain of rocket leaves) you probably won’t. All on homemade dough and cooked in a proper pizza oven - the ones we tried were delicious.
Helpful staff even when it’s busy, and there’s a home delivery service for those days when you've skied SO much your legs just won't make it to the apartment door!
