5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2012

Very well located central hotel a short walk from the railway station. Excellent restaurant with modern styling and a reasonably priced Prix Fixe menu plus good wine by the glass (Euro5). Buffet breakfast includes self-squeeze fresh orange juice machine ! Rooms well sized and tea/coffee maker included. A great hotel.

This is a modern, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is ideally located, being only a short stroll from the Grande Place. Secure underground parking is a very useful bonus in the city centre.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with TV, mini-bar and clean comfortable beds. There is also a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.
If you want a hotel in Arras city centre, you certainly can't beat this one for price and quality.

We stayed for 5 nights while visiting the WW1 battlefields. Food was 1st class, room was comfortable and clean ( as was the hotel ) and the staff were extremely nice and helpfull. We had hired bicycles from Arras a Velo which the hotel let us keep in the hotel for security and biked to Vimy Ridge. Albert, among others. Right next to the train station ( which lets you take the bicycles on most trains ) and close to the centre which is stunning. Would stay here again no problem. 1st Class overall

A good standard chain hotel close to the railway station (which is what attracted us); an 8-10 minute walk to the old part of town. Our 'non-smoking' room was clean and quiet but had clearly been smoked in recently. Rooms have heating but no cooling - windows do open but noise could be an issue if left open overnight. Internet worked well. Breakfast was included and adequate.

Stayed here for one night after watching the final of the tour de france in Paris. You can access the hotel from the underground car park opposite the train station. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station where the TGV will get you to Paris in 50 mins.

The hotel is modern and clean. Reception staff are friendly. We paid £60 for a twin room with breakfast. The room has a double and a single bed, so would be good as a family room. I asked and was told that kids would stay free.

The room was clean and comfortable with free wifi (rare in France). The only English TV channel is the news. The only bad point as the shower. The tap is a bit misleading, it indicates a right turn for cold, when this in fact gives you hot water. I got a bit scolded!

Had a good sleep and an excellent buffet breakfast. Only an hour from the euro tunnel, so a great place to visit the war sights, a great base to get to Paris for a day trip, or nice to visit the Xmas market, or the Arras music festival. It is a short walk into town.

To sum up, a great bargain hotel.
