“benchmark of French hospitality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

My partner and I visited the hotel four times already. It is run by hardworking Mdme Nadine and her excellent staff - friendly, polite, charming, manager and staff try to make each stay a success. Most speak very good English, too. The double rooms are neat and Clean, many facing the pool. My partner and I opted for a "suite" - a big double room with separate living room and a tiny garden lot. in 2014 we chose a small "villa" - all accomodation is close to the pool. French on the terrasse on the fourth floor overlooking the Port Nature and the sea. Breakfast is excellent, still familiar. Arriving late is no problem, caretaker is up all night. Will definitely come back - to Hotel Eve and Cap d*Agde with all its special attractions!
hardly any downsides, but parking is sometimes a challenge, and there is a big difference between guests during the week and weekenders who often are noisier and party around the Clock. I have had not problems with noise though at all. Special "noise issue": Couples making love - so obviously they enjoy the stay.....

Room Tip: if you are willing to spend a Little extra, ask for a room with a small garden in the annexe, for ex...

The staff of this hotel is first class. The hotel is quiet, intimate, private and very clean. The rooms have balcony with a great breeze all day/night long. Its very close to everything you need (not that the naturist village is that big anyway). The rooms were very comfortable with tubs and doors (not sure of the comments to the contrary). I cant say enough about how welcoming the staff is, but (they also will leave you alone if you just want to relax too, which can be nice too). Great crowd, pool is full during the day, nice place to stay at any age or orientation. Will hope to go back!!!

Room Tip: Room 35 facing pool

Hotel Eve cannot be described as a luxurious or modern hotel, but is adequate, and offers reasonable facilities. It is one of the very few hotels in the Quartier Naturiste, and definitely the most reasonably priced. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom again were adequate, and typical of an older French style. The pool and area around it was clean and pleasant. Reception staff were helpful and had good English. The hotel provides breakfast at an extra charge on the roof terrace, which gives good views, but in late September it can be a little cool. The variety at breakfast was not that great, and the same thing got a bit monotonous if you are staying a number of days. Breakfast was also overpriced for what was offered, and the girl looking after the breakfast area was not so friendly as other staff. If you went for a 10 minute walk, there were many other places for breakfast in the Commercial centres which would give better value and variety, but I find it a nuisance having to go out for breakfast! Other food is also available at the hotel, but no proper restaurant facilities are available, and the menu did not look very exciting. You do better by going out for meals. A small bar is also available. Wi-fi is available at additional charge, but not always the most reliable, and can be very slow. Naturally in a naturist area you have to be prepared for guests to wander round in all states of dress and undress.

Room Tip: Try to stay in the main hotel building, rather than any other of the buildings, as it would seem fro...

relatively small rooms, some having a terrace and a ew squre meter grass in frot o them, remote in the corner o the Naturist part of CapdÀgde, nice staf. We have stayed there two times on our way to and from Spain. there is a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very helpful There is a possibility o using a garage for a small money and this was excellent regarding temperature of 35 degree. Our dog was not a problem and we definitaly would come back.

Boutique hotel- but only in reception. Think more of a Travelodge with posh wallpaper and mood lighting, but at €160 a night plus breakfast at extra cost.
Yes its in the nudist resort- genitalia on full display everywhere as expected, but stay at the Eve and you need to be very 'sharing' of your partners ablutions- as there is no door between the bed & the toilet /shower. Does this add to the ambiance?? I guess it depends on your kinks.
Added to my partners ablutions we both then shared everyone's ablutions from the floor above as the waste water system very noisily flushed passed through the wall of our room 24hrs a day.
Their pool is very small and the sunbathing area in the hotel back yard is quite limited.
On a positive side the place was very clean and the staff were very helpful and smiled at every opportunity,
I guess we'll stick to Travelodge at least they have a kettle to make coffee in the room.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else!

We have stayed here a number of times and have enjoyed every time that we have stayed. Highly recommended. there is a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable. If we can get a room, we will certainly be going again.

Room Tip: pool facing

Hi , I stayed in April .

1. Location . Excellent - only a five minute walk to shops and night life
2. Staff - Extremely friendly and helpfull .
3. Room . As expected . Had all I wanted . To be realistic most people will be booking because they are nudists or swingers . Only extra I would have liked would be a kettle to make coffee / tea .
4. Very quiet in April . Guests a mixture of nudists and swingers . Saw one gentleman making himself bigger in front of his wife ( a stunning blonde ) .
5. Lots of clubs nearby ranging from saunas , swingers clubs and liberated bars .
6. When you arrive remember that you have to check in at the gate to the resort . Taxi driver left me there and I had to walk to hotel .
7. Hotel does not serve food but there is a cafe less than five minutes walk plus super markets and a bakery .
8. I had a few pre arranged meets before visiting the area . Would be usefull if there was some type of forum where you could arrange meets in advance .
9. You will have an enjoyable stay here - but must accept hotel for what it is . Accommodation for swingers and nudists . If you want five star luxury , maybe stay elsewhere . If however you wish to mix with nudists and swingers this is the hotel for you - and if lucky you may pick up some action as well
10 . Excellent nights sleep - was woken up one night by a couple who sat on chairs near pool . When I looked out and saw her body was glad I was woken up .

Room Tip: Some rooms have views over the pool - expect most guests at this hotel are interested in issues rath...
